This website is dedicated to anyone interested in badminton, especially the technical aspects of singles footwork. I also cover related topics such as strategy, and will continue adding new content.

Over the years, I have benefited greatly from the advice and feedback of coaches and fellow players, from countless practice sessions and tournaments, and from watching others play. I am grateful for all of these insights, and this website is my way of sharing them.
